Staff instructions / Process your order
 
 
1.  Print and fill out the online Registration Form (only required with your first use of the service);
 
2.  If using our Premium, alterations/repairs or bag-wash service fill in the Additional Services Form (without this form, garments within your garment bag are automatically cleaned under the Standard Service);
 
3.  Place garments and your form/s within a bag, tie this bag at the top;
 
4.  Place this bag into your companies designated Drop-Off Basket or Drop off location (for next day delivery, items must dropped off before 9:30am, items dropped off after this time will be delivered one working day later);
 
5.  Items will be delivered within your new Personalized Bag to the rack/location designated by your company by a pre-arranged time the next working day (ID tag is attached to bottom of each garment bag);
 
6.  After your first use of the service, place garments within your personalized, ID-Tagged garment bag and drop them off at the designated location.
 

NOTE: Items are returned only after payment has been successfully processed
