TURNOVER TIMES:

Most garments / items are returned the following working day with a 24 hour turn over. See NOTE

Exceptions to the rule:

Alterations / Repairs:                                                     Allow for 3-4 working days

Leather / Suede:                                                       Allow for 5-7 working days

Sequined:                                                                 Allow for 5-7 working days

   Harshly Stained / Fancy:           Often require more time for best possible result

NOTE:

If one garment / item requires more time, then all garments / items are returned together upon the completion of the last garment / item. If you require any item back by a certain date, then please include a note along with your items.

STANDARD VS. PREMIUM:

Both the Standard Service and the Premium Service are quality focussed, however, due to a different cleaning mechanism, we recommend using the Premium Service for treasured, delicate or expensive items.

All Premium Service items are cleaned on a slower cycle, at a lower temperature, and are hand finished. This approach helps preserve a garments fabric & additional time and care is used to provide your valued garments with extra special attention.

Both services include complimentary confectionary, 'Lucky Roses' and other fun bonuses.
